Gripper for pipes ZT

Warranty period: 6 months from the date of commissioning in case of one - shift operation.
The pipe end gripper is designed to lift and move pipes and similar loads in a horizontal position. Recommended for use when laying and installing pipelines, or in the production of pipes.
Design
The grip allows you to reliably fix the load, while guaranteeing the safety of the pipe edge, as well as the safety of the ends of the pipe preparation for welding. The gripper works with pipes with wall thickness from 8 to 32 mm and weight up to 12.5 tons.
For a more gentle lifting of the load, additional equipment with polyurethane pads is possible. The gripper has a low dead weight, is easy to use, it is possible to sling the load with a grip of this type by one worker.
The gripper works in pairs on a 2SK sling, or with a suspension on a traverse. When slinging the pipe, it must be borne in mind that the deflection angle from the vertical from 30 ° to 60 ° is safe for work.
